THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION***** The 119th WG North Dakota Air National Guard (NDANG) currently has a 50’ x 100’ CoverAll Fabric building with 6 (EA) 16’ x 12’ non-insulated Overhead Doors and 2 (EA) 3’ x 7’ Personnel Doors that was erected in 2004 by Gateway Building Systems, Inc. and served as an operating location/shelter for munition assembly. The original fabric of the building is deteriorating and original fold-up overhead doors are no longer operational. The 119th WG is seeking vendors interested in the following: Remove and Dispose existing damaged cover Supply and install new fire retardant 12 ounce fabric cover that will cover on side, top, and end walls of building structure in Sandstone color. Supply and install 4 (EA) 16’ x 12’ Non-Insulated Overhead Doors, 2” angle mounted track w/ horizontal tracks @ 6/12 pitch, torsion springs, weather-stripping, slide locks and manual operation (Sidewalls) Supply and install 2 (EA) 16’ x 12’ Non-Insulated Overhead Doors, 2” angle mounted track w/ 78’ high lift, torsion springs, weather-stripping, slide locks and manual operation (Endwalls) Supply and install 2 (EA) new 3’ x 7’ exterior hollow metal frames and doors w/ hardware Contractor furnish the necessary labor, material and equipment to construct the items listed above. This Sources Sought solicitation is being issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, Market Research. Its sole purpose is to provide information for planning and market research purposes only and shall not be construed as either a solicitation or obligation on the part of the 119th WG. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to help the 119th WG understand industry best practices, technical solutions, and sources capable not be construed as either a solicitation or obligation on the part of the 119th WG. The 119th WG will not pay for the preparation of, nor the subsequent use of, information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. Respondents will not be notified of the outcome of the 119th WG's review of the information received. Additionally, the 119th WG does not intend to hold discussions concerning this with any interested parties, but reserves the right to contact vendors if additional information is required for clarifications as it pertains to this Sources Sought Notice of meeting the requirements detailed by this solicitation.
