145th AW - Powered Paragliding (PPG) Flight and Sustainment System
This solicitation seeks a Rucksack/Backpack Powered Flight System including two distinct paraglider wings per set—an unburdened agile wing (23–25 sq m) and a heavy payload wing (26–28 sq m) capable of lifting an 80 lb payload—along with sustainment, spare parts, and training courses. Both primary wings must be in solid, muted tactical colors with no large, high-visibility logos (internal emergency equipment exempt). Performance of services will be in New London, North Carolina. Funds are not presently available for this award, and the government reserves the right to cancel without obligation. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses under NAICS 336411 with a size standard of 1,350 employees.
