This is a Request for Quote for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 145th AW will award a pre-priced, single award Blanket Purchase Agreement. The ordering period will be 5 years from the date of award. Performance will be in accordance with the attached Description of Agreement (attachment 1) and Performance Work Statement (attachment 2). All clauses from this combined synopsis/solicitation will automatically be incorporated into each individual call or order placed against this BPA. Calls or orders will be placed based on total weight. The resultant Blanket Purchase Agreement will be Firm Fixed Priced, accordingly, pricing is not subject to revision and/or negotiation if selected for contract award. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
