This is a sources sought announcement; a market survey for information only to be used for preliminary planning purposes. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this request including interested small business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requests. All interested parties should respond. The 145th Airlift Wing intends to issue a solicitation and award a firm-fixed price contract for lodging on drill weekends and sometime during the middle of the week. The hotel must be within a 30 mile radius of zip code 28208 to qualify. All interested parties will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a quote no later than Tuesday, 12 April 2022, 3:00 pm EST. Please include company name, CAGE Code, DUNS number, POC information. To be considered, interested parties must also submit attached Source Sought Information Form.
