This is a sources sought announcement; a market survey for information only to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requests. All interested parties should respond. The 145th Airlift Wing in Charlotte, NC is looking for potential sources, specifically small businesses and other socio-economic groups that are capable of providing daily janitorial services for the base gym. General cleaning includes, but is not limited to: sweep/mop/disinfect floors, clean/disinfect bathrooms, restock paper products/hand soap, remove/replace trash bags, and glass/mirror cleaning. Does not include cleaning gym equipment. Some work is to be performed daily, some is to be performed twice a week. This is anticipated to be solicited as a five-year contract (base year and four option years). All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, the following information no later than Monday 24 November 2021, 5:00 pm EST. Company name, Address, CAGE code, DUNS number, Socio-economic business status, POC. List/description of similar services performed for Government and/or private industry within the last 5 years.
