This is a sources sought announcement; a market survey for information only to be used for preliminary planning purposes. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this request including interested small business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requests. All interested parties should respond. The 145th Airlift Wing intends to issue a solicitation and award a firm-fixed price contract to install a 6,000 gallon, UL Listed 2085, double wall, cylindrical, fire protected, above ground diesel fuel tank with fuel dispenser. Tank installation will also include 36” wide galvanized steel staircase, catwalk with fiberglass platform, and handrails along entire length of tank. There are various other requirements, which will be posted with solicitation. All interested parties will provide this office the attached "Sources Sought Information Request Form" along with a capabilities statement and listing of no more than 3 recent projects (with project details/pictures) similar in scope no later than Friday July 30, 2021. In the event a sufficient number of small business contractors are not available or capable for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
