The Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) of the Michigan Air National Guard is seeking sources to provide a turnkey solution to replace existing Onity magnetic stripe locks with new Onity Trillium RFID locks across approximately 103 facilities. The requirement includes supplying and installing about 1,100 locks, panic push bar assemblies, RFID readers, 10,000 key cards, encoding systems, and programming tablets, along with training and a minimum two-year warranty. Performance of services will be at the Alpena CRTC in Michigan. No budget amount is specified. Responses are due by 11:00 AM Eastern on May 8, 2026.
