Gravel BPA - Alpena CRTC & Grayling ATG Range
The government intends to establish one to three firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for gravel delivery to the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center in Alpena, MI, and the Grayling Air to Ground Range in Frederic, MI. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 212321. The initial BPA call will be for approximately 2,000 cubic yards of 23A Limestone Road Mix delivered to the Grayling ATG Range. Quotations are due by 15 July 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT, and all questions were due by 1 July 2026. Funds are not currently available, but the government intends to make an award if funds become available.
