Maintain Base Roads and Parking at the Alpena CRTC
This is a 100% Small Business set-aside for commercial construction services to provide preventative maintenance and pavement markings on base roads and parking lots. The estimated budget is between $500,000 and $1,000,000, with a performance period of 365 days after a Notice to Proceed. All work will be performed at Alpena CRTC, 5884 A Street, Alpena, MI 49707. An organized site visit is scheduled for 28 July 2026 at 1:30 PM Local time at the same location. Note that funds are not currently available for this requirement, though the government intends to make an award if funds become available.
