The contractor shall perform the work in accordance with standards specified inthe contract. The existing Main Entry Control Point (ECP) covered drive was damaged by anoversized vehicle using the wrong entrance lane. The subject overhead drive entrance should be replaced to protect structure from in climate weather and for general appearance. 1) Set-aside: This requirement w ill be 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. 2) Small Business Size Standard: $19.0 M 3) NAICS Code: 238160: Sheet Metal Roofing Installation. 4) Project Magnitude: Less than $25,000.00 5) Submit Proposals no later than 30 April 2024 @ 11:00 AM EST 6) Prospective off erors are HIGHLY encouraged to attend a Site Visit on 11 April 2024 at 1:00 PM EST.
