The contractor shall be required to provide all supervision, transportation, tools, material, labor, and other items necessary to provide commercial internet subscription to the Alpena Combat Readines... The contractor shall be required to provide all supervision, transportation, tools, material, labor, and other items necessary to provide commercial internet subscription to the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC), Alpena, MI in accordance with the Description of Requirement attached to this notice. The commercial internet subscription is needed to support between 200-1000 concurrent users throughout the base dormitory areas, base offices, and dining facilities. The CRTC requires a commercial internet fiber connection be delivered to the Demarcation Point (DEMARC) in the area of the property line which is near the base main entrance. This commercial internet subscription shall be a fixed-rate speed of 10 Gigabits per Second (Gbps). This subscription is required to support member nations, other joint service partners, and other branches of the military while working at the Alpena CRTC. The responsibility for maintenance of the subscription regarding the fiber backbone on the base will be the responsibility of the Alpena CRTC maintenance section. Any maintenance or troubleshooting outside of the base demarcation point will be the responsibility of the contractor. Period of Performance: The Period of Performance shall be one Base Year of 12 months and four 12-month option years.
