The contractor shall provide all materials and labor required to Replace the Trane Air Cooled Condensing Unit for Building 250 Main Dining Hall at the Alpena CRTC in Alpena, MI 49707. The intent of this contract is to Remove, dispose and replace the existing Air Cooled Condensing Unit and Evaporator Coil at Building 250. Contractor is responsible for all remaining work effort in order to provide an acceptable final product that meets the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW), specifications, and drawings. All work performed under this SOW shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and codes, ANG policies and regulations, Required materials are included in the attached government AF 66 material submittal log.
