Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This solicitation is issued as an unrestricted requirement. Offeror must be with 50 miles of Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan. The Government is seeking repair on a 2006 International Hi Reach Truck (Vehicle Number 06C00095). The mechanical boom is unserviceable and needs repairs explained in paragraph 5 and Technical Exhibit 1 (TE1) of the attached description of service. Services shall be performed at Contractor’s facilities. Contractor must be located within 50 miles of SANGB, MI. Contractor shall provide and install parts according to manufacturer recommendation. Repaired system shall function in accordance with the specifications of the OEM and adhere to applicable ANSI and OSHA standards during servicing and inspecting vehicle. The contractor shall test vehicle prior to asserting all repairs have been completed with Government POC present for testing. Testing shall include Complete Structural Test and A/C Qualification Dielectric Test.
