Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a construction task to replace the existing heating boiler systems in Building 105 at the Selfridge Air National Guard Base in Harrison Township, Michigan. The contractor must provide and install complete, operable high-efficiency condensing boilers with stainless steel heat exchangers in accordance with base design standards. The work includes all associated piping, connections, pumps, venting, and system startup. Offerors must acknowledge all amendments with their bid package.
