There are no other changes to this solicitation and all other terms and conditions remain the same. ***NOTICE*** Updated Construction Plans/Drawings added 2 Sep 2020 Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment to remove and replace approximately 6,886 square yards of concrete pavement in the munitions storage area at Selfridge ANGB. This project (VGLZ 182012 Munitions Area Repair/Replace Concrete Pavement) is a new proposed project to remove and replace approximately 6,886 square yards of concrete pavement panels in the Munitions Storage Area. Other related work includes 1220 linear feet of fence repair, replacing two motorized vehicle gates and storm water work to ensure proper drainage. Work is to be completed as a "Fixed Price Construction Contract". Estimated quantities provided on the plans sheets are provided for the bidders use and to provide for a consistent basis for the firm-fixed price contract. Please see the attached solicitation and specifications for complete details. A site visit for this construction project will be held on Thursday, 20 August at 10:00 am EST at Selfridge ANGB.
