This is a SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis. This SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This Sources Sought notice is seeking information from potential vendors to form an acquisition strategy for an upcoming military exercise. These services are required for the recurring Exercise Northern Strike (NS) 24-2, at Camp Grayling Joint Maneuver Training Center, MI. The Period of Performance (POP) is anticipated to be 16 Jul to 24 August 2024. The exercise requires the contractor to: • Supply, mange, and relocate approximately 430 the portable latrines and approximately 150 hand washing stations • Provide the specified number of units in the specified locations and moved as necessary Please see draft Description of Service (DOS) attachment for full detail – Section 5.0 The non-personal service requires the contractor to provide all labor, supervision, quality control, and transportation for the delivery, set-up, maintenance, and tear-down of portable latrines and hand-wash stations in and around Camp Grayling Joint Maneuver Training Center (CGJMTC), MI and Grayling Airforce Base (GAF) in support of Exercise Northern Strike 24-2. Selfridge (MI) Air National Guard is seeking information on the capabilities of Small Business vendors to perform such support services. A fillable form is attached for Vendor Responses which shall include the following information: Company Name, Company Address (as registered in System for Award Management - SAM), Point of Contact, Telephone No., Email Address, CAGE Code, and IEI Number. Please provide a history of similar contract performance within the last three years with both Government or private industry. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and Point of Contract should be included. Indicate if you were the prime or a subcontractor on these projects; if subcontractor, provide the name and Point of Contact of the prime contractor. Information shall be provided via email to katherine.sutton.4@us.af.mil. Responses must be received no later than 4:00 P.M. EST on 21 February 2024. Include the following in the subject line of email: "Sources Sought _ Northern Strike – Field Sanitation _Name of Your Company". Any costs incurred because of this announcement shall be borne by the Offeror and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement. This notice is to assist the National Guard Bureau in determining potential Small Business sources only. In the event Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this exercise, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
