The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform maintenance inspections, testing, load testing and provide certifications for all inspections and tests performed on all manlifts. Place of Performance: Vendor Location Period of Performance (PoP). Services shall be completed within 45 days after receipt of order.

Selfridge Air National Guard Base (SANGB) is seeking potential small business sources (including Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a) etc. Background: During annual inspection of Man Lifts / Boom Lifts it was discovered that there were items requiring repair, maintenance or replacement. Contractor is required to perform inspection, service, required maintenance/repairs and certifications of all equipment listed in Technical Exhibit 3. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform maintenance inspections, testing, load testing and provide certifications for all inspections and tests performed on all manlifts. All repairs are in accordance with approved manufacturer recommendations and parts. Upon completion of each inspection, maintenance and load test, the contractor shall complete a comprehensive written report for each piece of equipment to be provided to POC within 30 days of completion. No solicitation is currently available. Qualified Small Business sources should respond and include the following information: 1. Offerors name, address, Point of Contact, telephone number, and e-mail address. 2. Offerors business size to include designation as SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, 8(a), etc. 3. Statement of Capability (SOC) is limited to 5 pages. See attached DRAFT Description of Service. Responses must be received no later than Tuesday, 27 Dec 2020, 4:00 PM Eastern.
