The Contractor shall also install a new roof to include a fully adhered 90-mil EPDM membrane roof over fully adhered tapered insulation (1/8” per foot minimum) to provide positive drainage to the gutters. EPDM is to extend a minimum of 8” up the vertical face of the concrete dividing wall, which traverses thespine of the structure. Provide drip edge and counter flashing as required. It is expected that theexisting copper counter-flashing, gutters, and downspouts can be reused.
