Funds are not presently available for this Requirement. The Government's obligation under this requirement is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which contract award can be made. Quotes valid through 30 Sep 2025 are requested. (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. (II) Solicitation W50S84-25-Q-0007 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (III) This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. (IV) This requirement is issued as a total small business set aside and solicited under full and open competition. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 488390. Small business size standard is $47M. (V) Questions related to this RFQ must be submitted by email no later than 25 June 2025 to the POC(s) listed. The following description is a general overview of the attached PWS: The Michigan National Guard (MING) requires specialized support for the waterway transit up to three (3) Mark VI Patrol Boats (MK VI) from Fairlead Shipyard, Newport News, VA to Alpena, Michigan using professional captains. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for preoperational inspections, voyage support services, and Mark VI Operator and Maintenance training for 10 Personnel upon arrival in Alpena, MI. This requirement will be posted under either NAICS 483212 or 483114 unless a better match is determined prior to solicitation. 52.215-3 Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes.
