PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR BATTLE CREEK ANGB MBMV222328 Repair Base Drainage and Barriers Solicitation Number: W50S84-22-B-0011 Restrictions: Small Business NAICS: 238990 Size Standard: $16.5M Project Magnitude: Between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 Title: Repair Base Drainage and Barriers Project MBMV222328 Location: Battle Creek Air National Guard Base, MI 49037 (Calhoun County) Period of Performance: 180 Calendar Days Issue Date: Tentatively 8 July 2022 Pre Proposal Conference and Site Visit: TBA Closing Date: Tentatively 10 Aug 2022, 2:00 pm Award date: Tentatively August 2022 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Background: Currently the base is serviced by a storm water drainage system. Individual buildings connect to this system through a series of gutters and underground drainage lines. Roads are serviced by 2’ wide gravel border on each side that allows percolation. Parking lots are serviced by storm drains. Barriers: The base currently has a variety of concrete, natural, and plastic traffic barriers. Purpose: Base Drainage: Repair and revitalize existing storm water system, grading, and landscaping to allow proper drainage. Barriers: Replace and/or relocate existing traffic barriers as per the specifications and Site Plan. The projects magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This requirement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. Offers from other than Small Business concerns will not be considered. This project will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. The successful contractor will be chosen via Invitation for Bid procedures that result in the best value to the Government. Solicitation W50S84-22-B-0011 information will be advertised electronically on or about 8 July 2022 at https://www.sam.gov/ with an anticipated award date of August 2022. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
