Place trees and other landscape as specified below. Remove curb and gutter and sidewalk; replace according to drawings to match existing. Remove asphalt wearing surface from specified areas. Conduct up to 10% full depth repair in parking lots as identified by the contractor and approved by the Government. Resurface parking area to original grade. Re-stripe new asphalt surface according to planned design.
