GASNTi2 BLOCK 1 Nationwide Material Procurement (Electrical & Telecommunications)
A combined synopsis/solicitation seeks wireless communications infrastructure materials, conduit, grounding equipment, and supporting electrical hardware for the SC GASNTi2 BLOCK 1 project, with all materials delivered and stored inside a purchased ISO shipping container that will permanently transfer to U.S. Government ownership upon acceptance. Offerors must submit firm-fixed-price quotes with unit and extended pricing for all list-of-materials items, and the container’s cost, including freight and logistics, must be fully amortized into the material unit prices—no separate container, demurrage, or rental line items will be accepted. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, with technical acceptability evaluated pass/fail based on strict conformance to specifications or approved “or-equal” equivalents and acceptance of all Statement of Work terms. Delivery is FOB Destination to
