Monopole Tower Procurement and Base Foundation Construction (577 SWES/DIFF)
The government requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to procure, deliver, and install engineered foundations and 100-foot monopole towers at six military installations nationwide. Locations include McConnell Air Force Base (KS), Goldwater Air National Guard Base (AZ), Fairchild Air Force Base (WA), Tinker Air Force Base (OK), Grissom Air Reserve Base (IN), and Kirtland Air Force Base (NM). Key scope elements include geotechnical surveys, site engineering, reinforced concrete foundations, tower erection, and associated grounding, lightning protection, and electrical infrastructure. Award will be based on a simplified Best-Value Tradeoff evaluating technical approach and milestones, past performance with two references, and price. Formal site visits may be limited, so offerors are encouraged to carefully review the Statement of Work and site drawings.
