COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is set-aside for only small businesses. The solicitation number for this procurement is W50S83-21-Q-0003 and issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 and DFARS (DPN) 20210603. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 339950; size standard is 500 employees. SUBMISSION AND EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS: To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of the proposal, offerors shall follow the instructions contained herein. Offers shall be submitted as a single electronic package to the Primary Point of Contact email address not later than the date and time identified within this notice. The offer must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. Evaluation: The Government will award a purchase order to the quote offering the best value with delivery schedule and past performance being more important than price. Offerors shall provide delivery dates for each item. Multiple awards may result from this solicitation. The System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required. The contractor shall provide pricing IAW attached SOW and UFC for the items listed below. CLIN 0001: Sign 1 EA – Designed to meet the specifications in UFC 3-120-01, 3-2 INSTALLATION AND GATE IDENTIFICATION SIGNS CLIN 0002: Lights 1 EA – Two (2) LED PAR solar powered floodlights to provide sign with full coverage CLIN 0003: Installation 1 JOB - Contractor shall install new main entrance sign and solar powered LED illuminations in new location. DELIVERY BY: Please provide delivery schedule with quote. F.O.B. – Destination. SITE VISIT A site visit is scheduled for 21 July 2021 at 1300Hrs.
