COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; only small business offers are accepted and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is W50S83-20-Q-0DHL and issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-08, dated 08/13/2020 and DFARS (DPN) 20190430. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334118; size standard is 1000. SUBMISSION AND EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS: To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of the proposal, offerors shall follow the instructions contained herein. Offers shall be submitted as a single electronic package to the Primary Point of Contract email address not later than the date and time identified within this notice. The offer must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. Evaluation: The government will award a purchase order to the contractor offering the lowest price technically acceptable; technical acceptability will be determined by offering the brand name requirements meeting the salient characteristics as listed on the DPAS Approved Products list. The System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required. All products quoted shall be on the Defense Property Accountably System (DPAS) approved products listing at: https://dpassupport.golearnportal.org/index.php/support/software-hardware. Items not supported by DPAS will not be considered and the quote will be considered non-responsive. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the offer. Unless the offeror clearly indicates in its offer that the product being offered is an "equal" product, the offeror shall provide the brand name product referenced in the solicitation.
