Attachment 2 WF 113 has been removed because base access is not required to submit a proposal and the site visit is complete. You must still submit your proposal and all volumes through the PIEE Solicitation Module using the link W50S8225RA005 in the “Links” section of this opportunity. That link remains valid but the due date on PIEE could not be updated because of the same bug so any submission uploaded by the new RFP due date and time will be flagged as late by PIEE. Please ignore any late notice warnings and rest assured that proposals uploaded by the new deadline will be accepted. An IT ticket has been opened to fix the issue.
