Here is a brief description of the contract opportunity: The Maryland Air National Guard requires roof and deck repair through replacement, including overlaying the existing modified bitumen roofing system with a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing system, retrofitting the metal seam roof, replacing roof deck panels, vents, flashing, coping, gutters, and installing new insulation and cover boards. Additionally, the existing wooden deck will be demolished and replaced with a new patio area. The contractor is responsible for providing all tools, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the work, ensuring compliance with applicable environmental, safety, and security regulations. *Notice Regarding Patio Replacement Option* Offerors shall prepare their proposals in strict accordance with the solicitation and SOW, but alternative solutions are encouraged. Any proposed alternative solution(s) for the patio replacement may be submitted in addition to a compliant proposal. The government will evaluate all compliant proposals against the requirements of the SOW. Any alternative proposals will be evaluated separately and the offer that provides the best value to the government, considering the evaluation factors identified in the solicitation.
