The Maryland Air National Guard is seeking quotes from small business vendors to install four 5-ton condensers and air handlers to existing office space in accordance with the statement of work. This is a 100% total small business set aside under NAICS 238220. The size standard is $19,000,000. In accordance with FAR 36.204 (b), the disclosure of magnitude for the requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. A prepropsal meeting will be held on 7 Aug at 10:00 AM in the Civil Engineering building followed by a site visit (only opportunity). All questions must be submitted via email no later than 8 Aug 2024. Interested vendors shall submit the WF 113 base access form. Vendors to fill out page 2 only and ensure all applicable columns are filled in. Failure to do so may result in delayed admittance or no admittance. The Government will not make any exceptions for failure to attend the site visit.
