The Maryland Air National Guard (MDANG) is seeking to set up a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with one or more vendors to conduct Firefighter Occupational Medical Examinations. Interested vendors shall read the attached performance work statement and provide pricing for all items listed in section 5.0 Requirements. The BPA shall cover a five year period. Vendor shall submit their pricing on an approved vendor document show all unit costs for each item. If certain services are grouped together, vendor shall indicate which items are grouped together and provide pricing for the group.
