The Maryland Air National Guard (MDANG) requests an automated industrial vending machine capable of holding various bench stock items. We are looking for quote for the Autocrib TX 750 Machine (or equal product). It must be capable to store a minimum of 500 items with the ability to adjust configuration for items up to 7x7 inches. Machine to provide a user friendly touch screen or stand-alone system for users to log into and request items. System must be able to provide accountability for personnel requesting items from machine (username/password or identity badge). System must be able to track inventory status and provide a notice for low inventory alert on main screen (or via email if internet capability is used). System should be able to run a report for monthly usage of items and sign in/out tracking. Machine must have an operation system that is compatible with TCMAX. Machine must operate as a stand-alone device but have the capability for internet connectivity in the future. Power requirements must be within a standard 115VAC 15amp service. This requirement is set aside for Total Small Business NAICS: 337215 Small Business Size Standard: 500 employees The Contractor shall provide all products in according with the specification and Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) listed below. The Maryland Air National Guard will evaluate products and services on the basis of information furnished by the vendor. The Maryland Air National Guard is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. Each CLIN must specify both a unit price and total price.
