The work will include but not limited to managing Miltary Construction (MILCON) and Sustainment and Restoration and Modernization (SRM) projects from start to finish, preparing documents for review, and coordinating site access for vendors. Some travel may be required. The contract duration is for a base year (12 months) with options for two 1 year periods after NTP. This project is set aside 100% for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541330, with a size standard of $16,500,000.00. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 24 Jul 2020. Refer to the solicitation for actual dates and times when the solicitation will be due.
