The Maryland Air National Guard is seeking vendors to replace the existing apron lights (high pressure sodium lamps) with new LED lamps and associated work. There will be a preproposal meeting held on 26 May 2020 at 1:00 PM EST. A site visit will follow. Vendors are required to submit there request for the meeting no later than 3 business days prior to the preproposal meeting. Due to the current COVID 19 health issue, vendors are required to follow all federal, state and local level for face coverings and social distancing. It is imperative you send in your information about the number of attendees to ensure adequate space is provided. Please read the attached documents thoroughly for solicitation submission procedures. Request for information (RFI) shall be submitted via email to the contract officer. Questions are due no later than the 5th business say prior to due date. It is highly encourage to submit your questions early. Questions received after the 5th business day may not get answered in time. This will be the only time for the preproposal meeting and site visit. Ensure any and all subcontractors attend this meeting if applicable.
