The purpose of this project is to identify the boundaries of the Air National Guard (ANG) licensed property on Martin State Airport, Baltimore Maryland and identify the encroachment area posed by the Lockheed Martin Groundwater Treatment Plant. The vendor shall conduct a National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) survey of the Maryland ANG licensed property on Martin State Airport to establish and record the boundaries of said property.
