The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreements resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendors whose proposals conforming to the solicitation while meeting all the technical requirements of the solicitation and the statement of work. Proposals will be evaluated pursuant to FAR PART 13 procedures.
