The work shall include demolition of ceiling tile/grid, floor tile, cabinets, countertop, and sink/plumbing. Remove appliances and associated equipment. Current door will be sealed and matched to current wall type. New opening to be installed in wall on gym side. Walls to be painted and matched to gym area.
