The Maryland Air National Guard (MDANG) requests a retrofit kit for Supermax Titan manual milling machine – part # YC-1.5VS-T. The vendor to provide all parts, labor, and material to deliver and install the retrofit kit - PTSMX2-35 or equal. At a minimum, the following items must be included: offline programming to stand alone laptop. Laptop should provide enough memory and hard drive space to allow for DXF File converter and Parasolid File converting, coolant/lubrication system, and auto stop/start with emergency stop. In addition to the retrofit kit, delivery and installation will be needed as well as a training session. A request for annual maintenance is also requested. Due to the type of funds used, maintenance can only be approved on a yearly basis. Please submit a maintenance quote for a base year plus two option years.
