The Maryland Air National Guard is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Massage Therapy Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties must quote on all request outlined in the Statement of Work. Award will be made based on overall best value to the government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to perform Massage Therapy Service.
