This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties must quote on all request outlined in the Performance Work Statement. Award will be made based on overall best value to the government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to perform Whelen Mass Alert System Modernization.
