IAW with FAR 36.204(e), the disclosure of magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This is a 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 237210 with a small busines size standard of $36.5M. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds w ill become available prior to but no later than midnight 30 Sep 2020. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for aw ard if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. Award will be made to the responsible bidder w hose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. The bid opening will be held on 31 Mar 2020 after the closing time for the solicitation. Vendors will need to submit the wing access form to attend the bid opening. Form must be submitted 5 business days prior to attendance. 11 Mar 20 Update - Vendors interested in attending a site visit can email their information to contracting officer. An escort will be provided at arrival for all vendors that arrive on time. 27 Mar 20 Update - All RFIs have been posted. Due to the mandates by the Governor of Maryland, the Maryland Air National Guard Contracting Office will be conducting the bid opening via a conference call with all vendors that will submit a bid. Bids are still due at 10:00 AM EST. As vendors drop off the bid, they will be required to submit a name with email address that will be joining in on the call. The call will take place at 1:00 PM EST to ensure all vendors are able to return to their office and join in on the call. 30 Mar 20 Update - Due to the COVID-19 event and Gov Larry Hogan's stay at home order, the bid is extended to 7 Apr 20. Bids will be due at 10:00 AM EST and may be mailed in via USPS or commercial vendor. The Maryland Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bid to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the repaving (mill and overlay with repainting of lines) in Middle River, MD. This project consist of approximately 329,632 SF of milling existing road and parking lot and overlay of 2” 9.5mm Hot Mix Asphalt Paving Course The contract duration is 30 days after NTP. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a size standard of $36,500,000.00. The magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
