The 104th FW Mission Support Contracting, Barnes ANG, Westfield, Massachusetts intends to award a soles source contract to MSC of Tampa. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this acquisition is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106(b) which justifies limiting the source if the contracting officer determines the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The attached sole source justification outlines the Contracting Officer's justification and reasoning to award a sole source award to MSC of Tampa. This is a Sole Source Justification supporting the acquisition of the Unify OpenScape Voice console system for Barnes ANGB, MA. Only one vendor was identifed and approved to proivde the required services for the unit. See the attached justification document.
