Please confirm proposals may be e-mailed. Also, will there be a public bid opening and will a teleconference be held for individuals not attending in person. A - Quotes (proposals) may be either emailed or hand carried per the solicitation instructions. Attach all documentation requirements as identified in the solicitation. There will not be a public bid opening and no teleconference. Amendment 0001 - Change the site visit date to read 18 August 2021. The time remains the same at 0900. See SECTION 00100.
