Addendum 52.212-2_Power Converters A contract will be awarded without discussions as a single, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The successful offeror will be determined in accordance with the addendum to FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services as outlined in the Combined Synopsis and Solicitation. This solicitation, W50S81-25-Q-A013 is 100% set aside for small business IAW DFARS 219.502-2(a)(i). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335311 -Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 800 employees. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. Paper copies will not be available.
