All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S): The Massachusetts Air National Guard (MAANG) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract for service to annually clean and inspect Barnes Air National Guard Base's oil water separator in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, tools, parts, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, services, permits, insurance, and supervision as necessary. Additional details are provided in the attachments to this solicitation. A contract will be awarded without discussions as a single, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The successful offeror will be determined in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services as outlined in the Combined Synopsis and Solicitation. This solicitation, W50S81-25-Q-A012 is 100% set aside for small business IAW DFARS 219.502-2(a)(i). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562998 – All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services and the small business size standard is $16.5M. The Period of Performance is a Base Year plus four (4) Option Years. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). SITE VISIT Site Visit is scheduled for 10:00AM on 17 June 2025 EAL shall be sent NLT than 2:00PM on 13 June 2025 to the POC listed in this solicitation to be able to come onto the installation.
