The Massachusetts Air National Guard requires replacement equipment for Egineer and Installation Squadron (EIS) Logistics Detail (LOGDET) for the 102nd Intelligence Wing. The successful vendor shall be required to deliver items no later than 30 May 2025. This requirement is issued under a Total Small Business set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW Federal Acquistion (FAR) Part 13 under NAICS code 332510- Hardware Manufacturing, PSC 5340. The small business size standard is 750 Employees. Interested vendors must certify to the applicable NAICS via their SAM Representations and Certifications. If an interested vendor is not registered to this NAICS, they are encouraged to add this NAICS to the SAM Reps and Certs prior to solicitation close date. Quote shall comply with the format in the attached SF 1449. As a result of the solicitation, the Government intends to issue a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order with a delivery date no later than May 30th 2025. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

The Massachusetts Air National Guard intends to post a solicitation in the form of a Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR Part 13 for EIS LOGDET replacement equipment for the 102nd Intelligence Wing. The Government anticipates that this solicitation will be available after 26 March 2025 from the Contracting Opportunities link within the SAM.gov website on-line at https://sam.gov/. The solicitation, brand name specifications, and associated information will be available only from the SAM.gov website.
