SCIF Breaching Kit
The Massachusetts Air National Guard intends to award a single firm fixed price contract for a Brand Name or Equal SCIF Breaching Kit capable of accessing the specific SCIFs at 102IW and the SCIF Breaching Training Door, as defined in the attached Product Description. An amendment adds CLIN 0004 and updates the product description and related solicitation documents. All responding firms or individuals must be registered in SAM. Paper copies will not be available; interested parties may download the combined synopsis and solicitation and email their quotes.
