The Maryland Air National Guard (MDANG) requests a quote for a hotel with a “retreat-like” setting for a multi-day event, including lodging, meals, and areas for rest and training (meeting rooms) accommodating up to 60 people. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) that defines the requirement and goes into further depth of the government need. Any Quote received that does not meet the standards as defined in the SOW can and will be thrown out. Interested vendors will provide a quote for the following weekends (based on availability): August 12-14, 2022 or August 26-28, 2022 If both weekends are available, provide a seperate quote for each weekend.
