This announcement constitutes the only notice. Please see attachments with all the specifications for requirement. This requirement is a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular FAC Number: 2023-01 Effective Date: 12/30/2022. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following: Set Aside: This acquisition is a 100% HUBZone set-aside The Product Service Code is V231, Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel /Lodging. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110 with a size standard of $35,000,000. A description of all the specifications and requirements are in the attached Performance Work Statement. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Quotes must be received at the listed time and date. All questions and requests for information (RFI) must be received not later than 3 March 2023 at 11:00 am EST.
