This requirement is to furnish tool kits: etched tools, foam and container all functioning together. CLIN 0001 Contractor shall provide Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) tools in accordance with purchase description. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to deliver items described according to attached Purchase Description. Contractor shall provide: (1) Quote (2) list or description conforming to requirement (3) Estimated delivery time The quote shall be clear, concise, and shall include sufficient detail for effective evaluation and for substantiating the validity of stated claims. The quote shall not simply rephrase or restate the Government’s requirement, nor be a copy and paste of the posted requirement, but rather shall provide line item description, quantity, and cost. Elaborate brochures or documentation, binding, detailed artwork, or other embellishment, beyond the state requirement are unnecessary, not desired, and shall not be evaluated. In an effort to reduce paperwork and reduce cost, all quotations shall be submitted electronically.
