There is not a site visit for this requirement. The structure is still in the current location and is not considered a building but is listed as a piece of equipment. The build does not have to be done on site but installation will be required at the Facility located on Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, New Orleans, LA 70143. Each quote should contain at least two completed Past Performance Questionnaire regarding work done of a similar nature.
