This repair requires the demolition of existing roof and insulation. Replace with new roof system membrane, insulation, fasteners, exhaust, and vent openings, other roof penetrations, provide adequate drains, roof slope, parapet walls and flashing, roof access and ladders, lightning protection, grounding, and skylights. All roofing construction requirements shall adhere to UFC 3-110-03 along with the replacement installation meeting all requirements within appropriate UFGS sections for selected roof system types. The Contractor is responsible for providing the materials, labor, equipment, permits, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the work in accordance with the design.
